Introduction
The YLW series thermal oil heater adopts a horizontal structure with square coiled tubes, equipped with a chain grate to achieve high-efficiency fuel combustion. It is matched with mechanical devices for solid fuel feeding, air supply and slag removal. During operation, the flue gas completes radiative and convective heat exchange inside the furnace, then flows into the waste heat boiler, followed by the air preheater and dust collector. Finally, the clean flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere. This design realizes excellent heat transfer performance and high-efficiency industrial heating.
